This Element explores how sensory encounters of smells and sounds in urban living shape human-animal relations in the city. Conceptually anchored upon the proposed notions of sensory contact zones and sensory citizenship, this study highlights how smells and sounds may be subject to the purview of law and sensory jurisprudence.
